1.storage of the blanket:
①The blanket should be stored far away from all kinds of chemical compositions and hard materials so as to avoid chemical or mechanical damage.
②The storeroom should be kept ventilating and dry. Put the blanket on the shelf or in the cupboard.
③Put some camphor ball on the blanket which contains sheep's wool. Dry the blanket in the sun if it has been stored for a long time and affected with damp. |

2.Points for attention:
①Keep the site and surface of the paper machine clean before the blanket is put into the paper machine.
②Put the blanket into the machine according to the direction of the arrowhead .Don't straighten the standarded line or it will affect dehydrtion ability.
③The blanket must integrate closely to the spool and keep it smooth before start the machine or
the folding vestige will affect its use value.
④The blanket should not be too tight when putting into the machine . Infiltrate the blanket when running the machine for the first time. |

3.Problems when using the blanket:
①When using the blanket,pay attention to avoiding corrosion of chemical composition according to the chemical fibre contained in the blanket.Polyamide fibre can't stand up to acid and polyester fibre can't stand up to alkali.
②Chemical fibre blanket should be washed with 50-60 Celsius alkaline water(5-10%NaOH),after 20 minutes, wash it with pure water, especialy bottom net compression blanket should be washed about 40 minutes.
③Ordinary chemical fiber acicula blanket's surface is soft,bottom net blanket has big space for storing water. Both of them need to enhance the suction of the vacuum valve and thread pressure.
Especialy when using bottom net blanket to produce high fixed quantity paper,there should be vacuum water tank.
④chemical fiber acicula blanket ,especialy bottom net blanket need a great amount of water and high water pressure's washing.Low pressure water is about 0.3Mpa.There should be 15cm between the spray nozzle and blanket.High pressure and mobile spray nozzle washes the bianket intervally or
successively, its water pressure is 2-3Mpa,the spray nozzle is 20cm far from the blanket.
⑤It is necessary to dehydrate and wash the chemical fiber blanket and bottom net blanket because it can avoid and reduce the capability of blocking up the filter passage of the blanket.
⑥When the blanket is seriously blocked up by dirty materials, wash it with chemical composition, generally use low than 3% hydrochloric acid water to wash it and after about 15 minutes,wash it with pure water.
⑦After the chemical fiber blanket being put into the machine, if the paper magnetism doesn't run together with the blanket, install a guiding stick on the front of the squeezer.
